TSTC Waco Airport (CNW)

The Texas State Technical College Airport is conveniently located less than a mile east of Interstate 35 and just eight miles north of downtown Waco on the campus of Texas State Technical College Waco. The impressive facility serves as the Texas home of Air Force One, as well as being large enough to serve as an alternate landing site for the space shuttle. The industrial park at TSTC Waco Airport covers several hundred acres of prime industrial space that are available for long term lease alongside Waco's largest employer, L-3 Communications. The airport offers the unmatched combination of hundreds of acres of undeveloped land adjacent to impressive runways in conjunction with the assets of the technical college. The airport's location provides corporations with the additional important assets of a highly skilled technical workforce to draw from and the opportunities that TSTC provides to implement tailor made programs to fit a corporation's specific needs. The classrooms are located within blocks of the industrial park and could be used for new trainees, to improve specific areas of training or to provide employees with ongoing training.

The airport has two parallel runways that provide for simultaneous arrivals and departures. ARFF Index E Unit fire suppression services are available for on-site support. Operational lighting systems at the TSTC facility include medium-intensity runway lights, a rotating beacon and VASI and MALSR lights. The airport's navigational aids include GPS NDB and ILS instrument approaches and the airport is staffed with FAA certified controllers. The parking apron covers approximately 3.3 million square feet.

Waco Regional Airport (ACT)

Waco Regional Airport is Central Texas' gateway to the world. The area's long-time relationship with American Eagle Airlines continues with daily departures to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The airline service to the third busiest airports in the country connects our area to hundreds of cities worldwide. Current improvement plans include the construction of a perimeter road and installation of a 24" water and sewer for increased flight line development. Major tenants include Air Impressions, Blackhawk Modifications, CenTex Aerospace, Dart Aircraft Parts, Ram Aircraft and Texas Aero.

McGregor Executive Airport (PWG)

McGregor Executive Airport is the most conveniently located airport to downtown Waco and Baylor University. It is also home to Aurora Aviation. Recently, the airport has undergone ramp expansion for added hangar capacity, electrical infrastructure upgrades on runways and taxiways, new airport signage on runways and taxiways, newly resurfaced and restriped taxiways and ramp and the installation of a new perimeter fence. New hangars can be built to customer size specifications.
