The Waco Industrial Foundation is a 501(c) 3 non-profit with the mission of promoting economic development in Greater Waco through the provision of land and other developmental services to new and existing companies. Texas Central Industrial Park is a 3,000-acre controlled development that is ideally-situated at the intersection of a main-line railroad, Interstate Highway 35 and Texas Highway 6. Texas Central Industrial Park boasts more than 1,000 acres of turn-key industrial development sites and is an ideal location for diverse manufacturing, value-added logistics and distribution. Greenfield sites from 2 – to – 190 acres are available in the Texas Central Industrial District.

Waco International Aviation Park

The Waco International Aviation Park is an ideal location for aviation and aerospace companies. It boasts 1,024 acres of prime industrial land located adjacent to the Texas State Technical College Airport (TSTC). Companies locating in the Aviation Park benefit from proximity to two lighted and instrumented runways capable of handling full-bodied jets with more than 3,300,000 square feet of parking apron space.

The TSTC industrial airport has two parallel runways that provide for simultaneous arrivals and departures. The primary runway is a jet-marked all-weather asphalt runway. Operational lighting systems at the TSTC facility include medium-intensity runway lights, a rotating beacon and VASI and MALSR lights. The airport's navigational aids include GPS, NDB and ILS instruct approaches and the airport is staffed with FAA certified controllers.

In addition to Waco's competitive incentive programs, Waco International Aviation Park companies benefit from Triple Freeport exemptions and a 200-acre Foreign Trade Zone.
